About Me
Hello and Welcome, I am Rebecca
I have been in the travel industry for all of my working career and have had the privilege of leading tour groups of all ages and nationalities to over 100 countries.
I hail from the stunning Cotswold town of Cheltenham and my travels began at the young age of 7 when my family moved to South Africa. Aged 21 I spent a year backpacking around Europe. This led me to join the exciting world of cruise ships where I could indulge in my passion for meeting people from all around the world, tasting new food and learning the history and cultures of all the places I travelled to.
Having this experience, I am comfortable connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you are visiting Oxford solo, with friends and family, school or university groups or on a corporate event.
My tours are informative and fun. My interests are in history, architecture, literature and films. I have a great passion for storytelling, especially tales of the University, past and present.
Oxford is one of the most beautiful and historic cities in the world, and I would be delighted to show you around and introduce you to the fascinating cast of characters and buildings that have shaped its unique character.
